Carers Breaks

THE PROCESS

• The client must be in receipt of Disability Living Allowance (DLA)/Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Attendance Allowance
• The Carer is allocated an annual amount which can be taken as one break (for a maximum of three nights/ four days) and should cost no more than £500
• A completed application must be submitted with relevant information, please contact your assessment officer for further information
